31 Day Reset Day 3: Write a Love Letter to Your Future Self

Dear Future Crystal Lynn,

I just want to congratulate you on the progress that you made so far on the 31 Day Reset.  I am proud that you finished something that you started. You have made many excuses through the years.    You are applying your personal mantra in your life. You are accomplishing something that you haven’t done before; you had pushed beyond your comfort zone, trusted in your instincts, practiced and believed in yourself.  I am very proud that you have stepped out on faith to improve your life.
You are feeling really content with your life.  Your lifestyle represents the person that you are.  You feel comfortable at the places that you go to for amusement.  You make it a mission not to have a bad day because you are grateful to be in the land of the living.  You made an effort to better yourself my improving your resume and actively looking for another job.   Also you registered for school this summer.
Crystal, you finally are following your budget. Utilizing online banking and using your calendar to visually see what is due is really working out for you.  You have made your extra money to purchase the items you want.  I appreciate your efforts to become healthy.  You made your extra room an exercise room and you actively use it and your gym membership to Powerhouse.  You are making healthy eating choices, focusing on a vegetarian diet.  You finally are letting those slurpees, mounds, almond joys, frooties, and Famous Dave’s bbq ribs go.  Oh….also the orange sherbet, nerds, chicken, and Chinese food. LOL
Crystal, at last you are putting yourself first.  You are recognizing your role as a daughter, sister, and friend.  YOU ARE ENOUGH!!!!  Thank God that you have great family, friends, and church family.  You are never alone in this world. Remember those times you use to be sad about not having a boyfriend, husband, or children.  Those worrying days are in the past.  Don’t forget the scripture “Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4)”.
Okay Crystal, please continue to better yourself.  You deserve it.

Love You Always,
Crystal Lynn
