………I’m Still Fat

Okay, my last post was two months ago. So I should have lost some weight since I was motivated….right? No, my rolly-polly butt gained weight. Like almost ten pounds….TEN POUNDS!!!! I am just amazed at the things I was doing to lose weight. When I went back to my regularly scheduled program, I would gain what I lost plus more. So, last week I had to put my foot down. I went to a dietitian and got on a realistic meal and exercise plan. I was told that I would lose 1-2 pounds a week. I was discouraged because I want to lose roughly 5 to 6 pounds a week…..(o_0)!!!! #unrealistic !!! I actually lost two pounds…by not doing anything but following the food plan. Sooo it works!!! I don’t have to do anything extreme. It is just going to take me longer to reach my goal! Reality suck sometimes........
